Start where your files are

Select. Right-click. Review.

PanelDat starts in Windows Explorer or on your Desktop. Choose the action that fits the work.

01

Inspect

Look at a document’s fields and source evidence. Selecting two files still starts an inspection; you choose when to compare.

02

Compare

Explicitly compare a selection to see changes. Review against the preceding file or a chosen first-file baseline.

03

Stack & extract

Bring chosen fields into a compact view. Use the 12-file option for monthly collections, or review up to 52 documents.

Recurring work, in context

Less searching.
More considered review.

Configure the fields and rules for your documents, then bring the details together.

Finance & operations

Payroll and export reviews

Review configured fields across recurring exports. Keep missing values, currency differences and incomplete period coverage visible.

Annual correspondence

Letters with context

Review required wording, placeholders and changes in recurring letters, with the extracted source context available for checking.

Search in both directions

Search resumes against posting terms, or postings against resume terms. Independent collection search supports selected fields and literal terms.

Keep the source within reach.

PanelDatRepo uses local source-folder references and small settings files. Saving detailed search bodies requires an explicit choice. Local history retains source, settings and outcome evidence for completed, failed and cancelled work.

Current availability

Before you get started

A few practical answers.

Can I download or buy PanelDat?

PanelDat is currently in private Alpha. Public downloads, paid offers and checkout are being prepared. Pricing and purchase details will appear here when they are ready. You can email Sales with a product question now.

What happens to my source files?

The desktop workflow preserves your selected source documents and keeps review results separate. PanelDatRepo refers to local source folders and retains bounded local settings and outcome evidence. Saving detailed search results is an explicit choice.

How do I begin a review?

Select files in Windows Explorer or on your Desktop, then right-click and choose an action. Inspect reviews the selection; Compare is a separate choice. Compare and Stack support up to 52 documents, with a 12-file option for monthly collections.

What should I send when asking for help?

Describe the action, file formats and result you expected. A fictional or redacted example can help. Please keep confidential documents, passwords and payment details out of email; we can coordinate an appropriate next step.
